Third Fridays
at Third Degree Glass Factory are HOT! We present a variety of glass activities and entertainment on the third Friday
of every month from 6 - 10 p.m.! This is a free, family friendly event. Stop in for a drink before dinner in The Loop or Central West End. Every Third Friday presents glassblowing and flameworking demonstrations, glass art by Third Degree artists for sale in the HotShop Gift Gallery, and art exhibits in the Third Degree East Gallery. Cash bar.
At April's Third Friday, we came in from the rain and dried off by the fire. Hot glass and flameworking demos always light up the night while fiery performances by Pandora's Matchbox dazzled us. Art by Betty Deall and Amber Marshall and music by Prairie Soul topped off the evening. We saluted Earth Day with a special offer to flatten your glass bottle into a platter -- and we're continuing that offer for the rest of April (please see below)!
EAST GALLERY Current Exhibit Thru May 13:
The Gallery explodes in color with Betty Deall's abstract paintings. Glass artist Amber Marshall shows new work, small pieces punctuated with color.
NEXT THIRD FRIDAY: May 16, 6 - 10 P.M.
